Mechanical perforation by rotating blade. 16 slitting positions after perforation, max dia of outgoing roll 1000 mm. Manual cross-cut of finished roll. Max speed 50 m/min. Min and max perforation length 200 - 2000 mm. The machine has run effectively with spunlace, Sontara, thermobonded and needlepunched nonwovens, from 40 - 120 gsm.

  1 x Ontec winding and slitting lineA slitter/rewinder is a machine dedicated to cutting a master or parent roll of material to a smaller width in order to process the material in the next steps of a production process.

The re-rolling machine is designed exclusively for wrapping and cutting flat structures made of nonwoven and PE-foil. The nonwoven is conveyed through the system from an unwinding device. After unwinding, the goods run through a take-off unit with a dancer control. In the fabric winder, the goods are cut into strips before they are rolled up. After winding, the goods can be removed from the system with a lifting device.
 

The re-rolling machine has a modular structure for each station. The basic components are as follows:
 

• Unwinder with edge control unit
 

• Draw unit with linear dancer
 

• Walking bridge
 

• Rewinder with longitudinal cutter located on the infeed frame with 13 knife units that can be adjusted laterally.
 

Max working speed 80m/min, for materials up to 4 mm thickness and 400 gsm, minimum slitting width is 20 mm.
